A little off topic, (sorry) Did you go to the Parelli Clinic?DeannaPS.Where did you take that picture?
Deanna, there is NOTHING off topic today! I took that photo a few hours ago out of the window of my house, and it is the driveway that separates two of my pastures. It has been raining so hard all day that more than half of my three acres is under water. And, it's still raining now! It has put a major damper on my ability to focus and concentrate on the post I've been working on all day....Instead of going to the Parelli Clinic, we took a drive up to look at a few horses that were at a "repurpose" (not a rescue) farm. I met an Icelandic pony, a mini donkey, a gray Arab with sarcoids, a Morab, a Quarter Horse and a Thoroughbred/Shire. I also met the woman who has these horses that I've known online for years. The countryside was incredible too - all rolling hills and mountains. It was a day of many firsts for me, and it was a beautiful, sunny, warm day. Quite the contrast to today...Theresa
Wow that's a lot of water! We had a lot of snow that melted and it has been pretty wet. Today was beautiful, but tomorrow there will be lots of rain. Ugh, the poor pastures!!!Glad you had fun this weekend,Deanna
That makes sense. Yesterday, this storm front was in Texas, it's here in Arkansas today, and will make it to Pennsylvania tomorrow. We may even see snow tonight, though it won't stick. Whew! It is always a joy to meet horses and people!Try to stay warm and dry, Deanna!Theresa
